Via Settings → Widgets, you can add useful features to the header or footer of your webapp. A widget is a small feature your guests can click on, for example to check the weather, find Wi-Fi information or open an external website.
Widgets added here are global, which means they can be visible on every page of your webapp.
Click + Add Widget. You can choose from three types:
First choose whether the weather widget should be displayed in the header or footer. You can then choose how much weather information you want to show.
You can also choose to display the current temperature directly next to the weather icon.
Under Custom location, you can enter a different address if needed. If you leave this field empty, the address of your accommodation is automatically used.
The info widget allows you to clearly display practical information, such as your Wi-Fi password or door code.
You can choose an icon, label and value. Enable Copyable to allow guests to easily copy the value. This is particularly useful for a Wi-Fi password.
Use + Add Row to add multiple pieces of information to the same widget.
This widget creates a button that takes guests to a link, such as your own website, WhatsApp or a booking page.
Under Link (URL), enter the complete web address starting with https://. You can then customise the text, icon and appearance of the button.
You can also adjust the shape, size and alignment and choose whether the button should use the full width or whether the link should open in a new tab.
After adding widgets, you will see them in the overview. Here you can enable or disable, edit, delete and change the order of your widgets.
Always click Save after adding or changing a widget.
